Universidad de Sevilla, Sevilla.https://hdl.handle.net/11441/174901Este trabajo se plantea a raíz del estudio de la figura de Patrocinio Gil de Biedma, una escritora Jienense que dedicó la mayor parte de su vida a las letras. Desde el punto de vista de los estudios de género, se va a tratar la biografía de dicha autora que ya ha sido antes estudiada relacionándola con su contexto, es decir su familia, pero sin tener en cuenta su independencia. Por ello, es relevante tener una visión de Patrocinio como una pionera de su tiempo. El argumento se va a centrar dos vertientes: la primera un estudio de su biografía y la segunda un análisis de su obra periodística. Para desarrollar la primera parte, se analizarán los puntos clave de su biografía como la muerte de sus hijos, la dirección del periódico Cádiz o las redes que este le proporcionó. Por otro lado, en la segunda parte se tomarán los artículos “la mujer emancipada”, “la influencia femenina” y “lo que es preciso” para observar la obra periodística de la autora en una clave de género, puesto que gran parte de su obra se centraba en el papel de la mujer dentro de la sociedad.This work is focused on the author Patrocinio Gil de Biedma, Spanish writer who has worked all her life in the literature. Taking the gender studies as a reference, the biography is going to be studied, in a different way that it was studied before. This author has been always studied in her context, as a part of the Biedma’s family. However, it could be important to study her as the advanced writer and activist of her time. Due to this aim, the plot of the study is going to be focused on two paths: the first one the Biography of Patrocinio and the second in her journalist work. To develop the first one, some important moments of her life are going to be analysed such as the death of her kids, the leadership of the journal Cádiz or the relationships between other woman journalist of this journal.
