Los maestros mayores tallistas Francisco de Acosta el Mayor y Francisco de Acosta el Mozo intervinieron en el diseño de tres nuevas piezas –la caja de órgano, el tenebrario y el monumento de Semana Santa– y en el proyecto de recomposición del retablo mayor.The main masters of the Archbishopric of Seville were in charge of checking the works made in the parish buildings of all the Archidiocese, like the ones in Campillos –in Malaga Bishopric since 1958– at the end of the 18th and the beggining of the 19th centuries.
