Universidad de Sevilla, Sevilla.https://hdl.handle.net/11441/163813El siguiente trabajo fin de grado busca mostrar la eficiencia energética en los edificios, tomando como sujeto el Pabellón de Estados Unidos de Sevilla, construido en 1929. Como partida, se estudiará el estado actual del pabellón, de manera que se obtenga el consumo de las diferentes instalaciones, así como la calificación energética del mismo. En este estudio, se determinarán todas las características constructivas del inmueble, mediante la información tomada en las diferentes visitas y la aportada por el equipo de Valentín de Madariaga Parias. Analizando energéticamente este estado actual, se determinarán los puntos de mayor consumo y las decadencias energéticas del pabellón, estableciendo para subsanarlos una serie de medidas de mejora. Estas medidas se analizarán tanto desde el lado energético como desde el lado económico determinando su periodo de amortización, dato que se tomará para determinar las más rentables. Estas pasarán a ser las propuestas energéticas que se ofrecerán al edificio de estudio con el fin de que sean aplicadas en un futuro.This final degree project seeks to show energy efficiency in buildings, taking as its object the United States Pavilion in Seville, built in 1929. As a starting point, the current state of the pavilion will be studied, so that the consumption of the different facilities is obtained, as well as its energy rating. In this study, all the construction characteristics of the property will be determined, through the information taken in the different visits and that provided by the Valentín de Madariaga Parias team. By energetically analyzing this current state, the points of greatest consumption and the energy deficiencies of the pavilion will be determined, establishing a series of improvement measures to correct them. These measures will be analyzed both from the energy side and from the economic side, determining their amortization period, data that will be taken to determine the most profitable ones.
