Este trabajo realiza un recorrido por la historia de las antiguas vías ferroviarias mineras y su situación actual, centrando la atención en la vía ferroviaria minera de Río Tinto. Se analizan sus valores y riquezas, con el objetivo de promover la puesta en valor de esta infraestructura histórica. Mediante un exhaustivo estudio bibliográfico, se ha elaborado un trabajo gráfico que documenta la conformación de estas vías, su época de mayor esplendor y su eventual declive. La explotación del entorno minero ha producido, particularmente en Río Tinto, un espacio de notable riqueza que conserva un patrimonio ferroviario de gran relevancia y ha dejado una huella imborrable en la ciudad.The mining railway environment of the province of Huelva has generated a distinctive space that defines and enriches the region. This work presents an overview of the history of the ancient mining railway lines and their current situation, focusing particularly on the Río Tinto mining railway line. Their values and wealth are analyzed with the aim of promoting the appreciation of this historical infrastructure. Through an exhaustive bibliographic study, a graphical work has been created that documents the formation of these railway lines, their period of greatest development, and their eventual decline.
