Universidad de Sevilla, Sevilla.https://hdl.handle.net/11441/158343Nuestra sociedad actual se encuentra sometida a continuos cambios a los que debemos saber adaptarnos, lo hemos conseguido en muchos ámbitos como la medicina o la comunicación pero existe un ámbito en el que todavía cuesta dejar atrás ciertos hábitos, la educación. No podemos seguir intentando enseñar a los discentes como enseñaban a nuestros abuelos, porque como he dicho anteriormente la sociedad ha cambiado y tenemos que adaptarnos a ello. A este cambio le debemos añadir las circunstancias reales de cada contexto y sus necesidades, desde el centro no podemos cambiar muchas de las situaciones que los niños y niñas viven pero sí podemos intentar transformarlas y sacar lo mejor de cada uno. Actualmente, existen muchas actuaciones y prácticas de éxito que han demostrado que consiguen un cambio positivo en nuestros/as estudiantes y que reducen el fracaso y el abandono escolar, como las Comunidades de Aprendizaje que llevan a cabo numerosas Actuaciones Educativas de Éxito. Con este trabajo de investigación se pretende dar a conocer y profundizar acerca de las Actuaciones Educativas de Éxito y de las Comunidades de Aprendizaje no solo desde su parte teórica sino cómo estas impactan sobre las personas que las aplican y las recibenOur current society is subjected to continuous changes to which we must learn to adapt. We have achieved this successfully in many areas such as medicine or communication, but there is one area where it is still challenging to leave certain habits behind: education. We cannot continue trying to teach students the way our grandparents were taught because, as I mentioned earlier, society has changed, and we need to adapt to it. In addition to this change, we must consider the real circumstances of each context and its needs. From the school's ambit, we may not be able to change many of the situations children experience, but we can try to transform them and extract the best from each individual. Currently, there are many successful actions and practices that have demonstrated a positive change in our students, reducing failure and school dropout rates, such as Learning Communities that implement numerous successful educational initiatives.
