Monitoring Tissue Evolution on Electrodes with Bio-Impedance Test. En DCIS 2016: Conference on Design of Circuits and Integrated Systems Granada, España: IEEE Computer Society.978-1-5090-4565-5https://hdl.handle.net/11441/106616A technique for real-time monitoring of bioimpedances using a Voltage Oscillation (VO) methodology is proposed. The main idea relies on connecting the bio-system in such a way that a suitable electrical oscillator, which only uses a DC power source, is built. Thanks to the employed electrical models, the oscillation parameters can be directly related to the biological test. System simulations show that the impedance values of a tissue, called herein Zx, can be determined by measuring the actual frequency and amplitude of the proposed VO system, being possible to select the frequency range to optimize the system sensitivity.application/pdf5engAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internacionalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/BioimpedanceTissue impedanceMicroelectrode modelOscillation-based systemsMonitoring Tissue Evolution on Electrodes with Bio-Impedance Testinfo:eu-repo/semantics/conferenceObjectinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess10.1109/DCIS.2016.7845381
