Therefore, it is important to understand the process of adopting this technology. However, most studies have endorsed the point of view of health professionals. Our research adopts the patient’s point of view with a sample of 1500 patients who have used teleconsultation in Spain between May and November 2022, therefore, in a post-COVID-19 scenario. We started from a technology accept- ance model, UTAUT, and applied a novel segmentation technique: Pathmox.
