Analysis of the Mechanically Alloyed Fe85-Nb5-B10 Powder Using a Non-unique Lattice Parameter. To do so, a distribution of lattice parameters was proposed based on the asymmetry of the diffraction maxima and the broadening of the distribution of the powder particles composition. Analogously, a set of discrete sextets was used to represent the different local Fe environments.application/pdf10 p.engAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internacionalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Mechanical alloyingAnalysis of the Mechanically Alloyed Fe85-Nb5-B10 Powder Using a Non-unique Lattice Parameterinfo:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttps://doi.org/10.1016/j.jnoncrysol.2008.06.115
