Con él, se pone de manifiesto la sensibilidad y el carácter altruista de unos coleccionistas que desarrollaron un especial interés hacia el arte en general y hacia lo europeo, en particular, legando con posterioridad, un valioso patrimonio a la sociedad poblana a través de la musealización de sus colecciones.The great importance of the European painting acquired by the moneyed bourgeoisie of Puebla in the end of the 19th century and beginning of the 20th century summarizes the thesis statement of this study. It has been made through the direct analysis of several important collections as Jose Luis Bello and Gonzalez, among others. The text underscores the fact of the sensibility and the altruistic personality of a few collectors who developed a special interest towards Arts and specially towards European creations.
