For each, the A-site cations diffuse most slowly. For every species that has been measured, diffusion is much faster in the ab-plane than in the c-direction. At low stresses, both superconductors deform by diffusional creep with the ratecontrolling species being a A-site cation in YBa 2Cu 3O x.application/pdfengAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internacionalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Creep and diffusion in high Tc superconductorsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/articleinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttps://doi.org/10.1051/jp3:1994126
