Concluimos que Turdetania y sus habitantes no constituyen una unidad étnica pues hay varios grupos étnicos que pueblan la región: bástulos, celtas y turdetanos. Tartesios, turdetanos y túrdulos sí conforman un mismo grupo étnico o incluso un conjunto de pueblos agrupados bajo una misma denominación *trt-.This article is a contribution to the historical study of the Turdetans, where we analyze the two main sources of knowledge: Greco-latin Historiography and the archaeological record.
