Tras delimitar los distintos supuestos que pueden presentarse en la práctica, se adopta como punto de partida el rendimiento en esta materia de los criterios de imputación objetiva, si bien advirtiendo acerca de determinadas tergiversaciones en su aplicación que explican la diversidad de soluciones. Una última parte del trabajo se ocupa de analizar y valorar algunas muestras de la relevancia de la actuación de la víctima en determinados tipos de la Parte Especial, así como de ciertas interpretaciones que la jurisprudencia realiza de distintos delitos en clave victimodogmática.This paper adresses the controversial question of the conduct of the victim relevance in the determination of the penal responsibility of the author of a crime. The document distinguishes the cases that can arise in practice and adopts the objective imputation criteria like a starting point of solution. However, the study warns about certain misrepresentations in the application of this principles that explains the diversity of the doctrinal conclusions in the matter.
