Los pacientes fueron dados de alta a los 10 días sin ninguna complicación postoperatoria.We present 3 clinical cases of reinterventions on aortic and mitral valves where we had to perform a widening of both rings with Dacron patches, which was carried out during a technical variant that combines the use of the widened transseptal approach and the Nicks technique.
