Para ello comenzaremos definiendo y explicando un poco acerca de este síndrome de manera general para posteriormente especificar gradualmente en el deporte y en el fútbol en concreto. Se estudiará e investigará la relación del síndrome de Burnout con numerosos factores y cómo afectan a este, pudiendo establecer unos estamentos que expliquen su comportamiento. Para ello se han utilizado diferentes bases de datos y un motor de búsqueda, los cuales han sido examinados mediante una serie de criterios de inclusión, para así facilitar la búsqueda de los documentos relacionados con esta investigación. Tras el estudio de los artículos seleccionados, se han analizado los diferentes resultados y se ha observado cómo el síndrome de Burnout se caracteriza por ser un proceso progresivo, que puede disminuir con trabajo e intervención psicológica.The present study corresponds to a bibliographic review whose main objective is to understand and delve deeper into Burnout syndrome in different aspects within football. To do this, we will begin by defining and explaining a little about this syndrome in a general way and then gradually specify it in sport and soccer specifically. The relationship of Burnout syndrome with numerous factors and how they affect it will be studied and investigated, being able to establish some levels that explain its behavior. For this, different databases and a search engine have been used, which have been examined using a series of inclusion criteria, in order to facilitate the search for documents related to this research.
