MATLAB/SIMULINK-Based High-Level Synthesis of Discrete-Time and Continuous-Time Sigma-Delta Modulators. En Proceedings of the 2004 Design, Automation and Test in Europe (DATE) (150-155), París, Francia: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.https://hdl.handle.net/11441/89113This paper describes a tool that combines an accurate SIMULINK-based time-domain behavioural simulator with a statistical optimizer for the automated high-level synthesis of ΣΔ Modulators (ΣΔMs). The combination of high accuracy, short CPU time and interoperability of different circuit models together with the efficiency of the optimization engine makes the proposed tool an advantageous alternative for ΣΔM synthesis. The implementation on the well-known MATLAB/SIMULINK platform brings numerous advantages in terms of data manipulation, flexibility and simulation with other electronic subsystems. Moreover, this is the first tool dealing with the synthesis of ΣΔMs using both Discrete-Time (DT) and Continuous-Time (CT) circuit techniques.application/pdfengAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internacionalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/High-level synthesisMATLAB-SIMULINKAnalog-to-Digital ConvertersSigma-Delta ModulatorsMATLAB/SIMULINK-Based High-Level Synthesis of Discrete-Time and Continuous-Time Sigma-Delta Modulatorsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/conferenceObjectinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess5539506
