Ontology Cleaning by Mereotopological Reasoning. En DEXA 2004: 15th International Workshop on Database and Expert Systems Applications (132-137), Zaragoza, España: IEEE Computer Society.0-7695-2195-91529-4188https://hdl.handle.net/11441/75065A mereotopological semantics to manage ontologies is presented. The aim is to provide a formal basis for ontology cleaning. It allows us to arrange, in a consistent manner, the concepts in early steps of the building of an ontology as well as to repair anomalies. The semantics supports cleaning cycle that combines several AI techniques as closed world assumption, default reasoning on taxonomies and knowledge acquisition.application/pdfengAtribución-NoComercial-SinDerivadas 3.0 Estados Unidos de Américahttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Ontology Cleaning by Mereotopological Reasoninginfo:eu-repo/semantics/conferenceObjectinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccesshttps://doi.org/10.1109/DEXA.2004.1333462
