En sus obras podemos encontrar diferentes modelos familiares que se ajustan a las necesidades de la historia, pero, si atendemos a la realidad nipona, poco tienen que ver con las estructuras familiares de la sociedad japonesa. Nos proponemos analizar el rol de la familia miyazakiana y sus semejanzas o diferencias con los diferentes modelos de familia que han imperado en la historia reciente de Japón para determinar si los esquemas familiares ideados por el director ofrecen una visión más actual y nueva de la estructura familiar nipona.The importance of the family and the values associated with it are some of the traits of the Japanese director Hayao Miyazaki. In his works we can find different family models that meet the needs of story, but if we look at the Japanese reality, they have little to do with the family structures of Japanese society.
