Por lo tanto, este trabajo estudia las percepciones que actualmente profesores y estudiantes puedan tener sobre el aprendizaje del vocabulario de una L2. Develar, caracterizar y comparar sus percepciones permite un análisis exhaustivo sobre la cuestión, recolectando los aspectos positivos y negativos, para poder identificar aquellos desafíos que aún necesitan una mejora en la enseñanza del vocabulario.Vocabulary teaching is an essential component in second language acquisition. Being able to include different vocabulary teaching strategies would include every student so they can find ways to facilitate their learning. This would considerably improve the learning and teaching process in classrooms. Therefore, this paper studies the current perception that teachers and students have about the vocabulary of an L2.
