El presente artículo resume los resultados de una investigación cuyo objetivo fue demostrar si había diferencias entre la interlengua de los heritage speakers y la de estudiantes monolingües anglohablantes, respecto al uso de verbos de régimen preposicional. Dicha investigación se presentó como Tesis de Fin de Máster en el Máster de Enseñanza del Español como Lengua Extranjera y Otras Lenguas Modernas de la Universidad de Sevilla durante el curso 2014/15.Spanish heritage speakers are a rising profile in SL2 and acquisition research.
