Para hacer la estimación, debido al carácter estacional de los precios en este sector, se decidió aplicar el modelo SARIMA. El sector donde se van a aplicar estas herramientas es el cultivo protegido bajo plástico característico de la zona de poniente almeriense y parte de la costa de Granada.The object of study of this work is an application of a price prediction model in search of the optimisation of the date on which a farmer should grow seedlings in order to obtain the highest profit. To make the estimation, due to the seasonal nature of prices in this sector, it was decided to apply the SARIMA model.
