Establecieron la igualdad de condiciones entre mujeres y hombres para matricularse en las universidades, sin que las futuras alumnas tuvieran que solicitar ya un permiso especial. Y también que las mujeres con título de licenciatura podían ejercer la docencia en todos los niveles de enseñanza y como bibliotecarias. Se ofrecen igualmente algunos nombres de jóvenes palentinas que estudiaron en la universidad a finales del siglo XIX y principios del siglo XX.This article describes the meaning of two legal regulations adopted in 1910 by the authorities of the Department of Public Instruction of Spain. They established the equality of conditions between women and men to enroll in the universities; the future pupils do not have to ask already for a special permission. And also that the women with university degree could exercise the teaching at all the levels of education and as librarians.
