Este trabajo de investigación planea analizar cómo la IA afecta a estos ámbitos, con especial atención en el turismo. Mediante un análisis bibliométrico y una revisión sistemática se examinan las publicaciones académicas disponibles en Web of Science para entender el desarrollo actual. La investigación sugiere una tendencia clara hacia la formación y la integración de la IA en el sector turístico, con un enfoque particular en la preparación de la fuerza laboral para enfrentar los desafíos y aprovechar las oportunidades que presenta la IA.Artificial intelligence (hereinafter, AI) has raised expectations and concerns about its impact on the labour market and education.
