Para resolver esta cuestión, se plasmará la intención del legislador al redactar la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos y, desde esta óptica, se interpretarán aquellos conceptos jurídicos indeterminados que originan diferentes dudas y planteamientos al respecto. Asimismo se analizará, desde una perspectiva crítica, tanto la escasa doctrina que se ha pronunciado al respecto como las diversas corrientes jurisprudenciales existentes hasta la fecha.In this Study, we will discuss which legal text should regulate the single room lease contracts. Should they be regulated by the urban tenancy act or on the contrary is it a civil code issue? To figure out this question, we will analyze the intention of the legislator when he drafted the urban leasing act and, from this point of view, we will study the indeterminate juridicial/legal concepts that generate different types of doubt and interpretations on the subject.
