Esto complica gravemente la cirugía, debido a las importantes estructuras anatómicas mandibulares. En este estudio nos centraremos en el daño del nervio dentario inferior, así como la incidencia de esta lesión, los tipos de lesiones y su posterior tratamiento. Así pues, tras el estudio de la literatura científica, proponemos un protocolo de actuación en base a diferentes artículos examinados.Nowadays, numerous surgeries are performed in the mandibular area, most of which are performed in patients with atrophic posterior sectors. This severely complicates the surgery, due to the important anatomical mandibular structures. In this study, we will focus on the damage of the lower dental nerve, as well as the incidence of this injury, the types of injuries and their subsequent treatment.
