Este artículo sigue la misma línea de investigación que presenté en el trabajo publicado en el número anterior de la Revista. Donde abordaba otro aspecto de este tema que llevaba por título “Importancia de la Gestión de la Comunicación en periodos de Crisis Empresariales”.
