En Proceedings of the 38th Midwest Symposium on Circuits and Systems (744-747), Río de Janeiro, Brasil: Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers.https://hdl.handle.net/11441/89065This paper presents a fourth-order bandpass sigma-delta modulator that has been designed using fully-differential switched-current circuits in a 0.8μm CMOS technology. The modulator prototype has been obtained by applying a lowpass to bandpass transformation to a second-order lowpass ΣΔ modulator. Specifications are SNR 60dB@2.5Mhz±15Khz, for a clock frequency of 1OMhz. Preliminary results from the fabricated prototype obtains the correct noise shaping up to 2.5Mhz clock frequency.application/pdfengAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internacionalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/Switched-current circuitsBandpass ΣΔ modulatorsA CMOS fully-differential bandpass ΣΔ modulator using switched-current circuitsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/conferenceObjectinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccess10.1109/MWSCAS.1995.51019620366550
