O bien… ¿Cuánto dinero de su salario necesita un español para hacer frente a una hipoteca? De cara al lector y con la intención de ayudarles y facilitarles la ingesta y búsqueda de datos, realizaremos una segmentación que realice filtraciones y obtengamos respuestas rápidas. Además de esto realizaremos predicciones sobre diversas variables, como, por ejemplo, la compraventa de viviendas. Este trabajo nos ayudará a profundizar la idea que tenemos sobre la vivienda española, para ello comenzaremos analizando datos sobre la vivienda en general para abrirle camino a diferentes cuestiones a resolver.In this investigation, we will embark on data analysis Power BI of mortgages, salaries and dwelling to answer several questions, among them; What percentage of their salary does an average Spanish set aside to cover mortgage cost? Having I mind the reader and witch the aim of helping them and easing their ingestion and research of data, we will carry out a segmentation that will let us filter the information so we can obtain prompt responses. In addition to it, we will conduct predictions about certain variables, such as the trading housing. This study will help us analyze in more detail the idea we have about Spanish housing.
