Por tanto, nos apoyamos en la asignatura de Educación Física para dicho objetivo y su fomento; también para un mayor beneficio, nos trasladamos al medio natural realizando una práctica real, motivadora y enriquecedora, siguiendo unas metodologías activas y participativas por parte del alumnado. Todo ello se recoge en el diseño de una propuesta de Unidad Didáctica enfocada al deporte de carrera de orientación, debido a la estrecha relación que mantiene con la asignatura de Educación Física, Actividad Física y la naturaleza.After know the current deficit level of healthy living in children in the Primary Education stage, it is considered necessary to disseminate and raise awareness about the importance and influence that Physical Activity has from an early age in the future lifestyle, with the aim of creating adherence to sports practice and enjoyment. Therefore, we rely on the subject of Physical Education for this objective and its promotion; also for greater benefit, we move to the natural environment carrying out a real, motivating and enriching practice, following active and participatory methodologies on the part of the students.
