Although there are projects and tools for the automatic detection of information in contracts, automatic analysis is still a developing area of research. This becomes even more relevant with the rise of cloud service organizations, which highlights the need for tools for comparing contractual agreements. In this paper, we present a framework designed to automate contract analysis and comparison. In order to demonstrate the effectiveness of this approach, we created a prototype that uses language models to automatically detect obligations, rights, and parties involved in contracts. In addition, we applied an initial metric to determine the extent to which the customer benefits compared to the provider.
