Universidad de Sevilla, Sevilla.https://hdl.handle.net/11441/175380En este trabajo de fin de máster se realiza un análisis de los aspectos más relevantes de auditoría en España, los últimos seis años auditados, debido a las diferencias que se presentan según la empresa auditora, encontrándonos con diferencias en el tipo de AMRAS usado, el número de caracteres para darle explicación y respuesta, la afectación de cambio de auditoría, o el sector en el que se sitúe la empresa entre otros. Todo esto es analizado a raíz de un marco teórico del marco normativo que regula estos aspectos, así como el contenido y estructura del informe de auditoría donde se presentan. Finalmente se realiza una serie de conclusiones con los resultados obtenidos, junto a unas recomendaciones para mejorar la situación actual.In this master's thesis an analysis is made of the most relevant aspects of auditing in Spain, the last six years audited, due to the differences that occur depending on the auditing company, finding differences in the type of AMRAS used, the number of characters to give explanation and response, the effect of change of audit, or the sector in which the company is located among others. All this is analyzed following a theoretical framework of the regulatory framework that regulates these aspects, as well as the content and structure of the audit report where they are presented.
