En España, el caso anterior de mayor relevancia ocurrió en 2019 con el brote epidémico de Lysteria de más trascendencia en el país. El trabajo que se presenta se propone realizar un acercamiento al estudio de ese caso, sobre bases empíricas, con el objetivo de repensar las claves que potencien y hagan más eficaces las políticas de gestión y comunicación de crisis en estos tiempos.The COVID-19 crisis, which has affected the world since the beginning of 2020, has given new meaning to the communication of health crises. In Spain, the previous case of greatest relevance occurred in 2019 with the most important epidemic outbreak of Lysteria in the country.
