En este caso, el espacio seleccionado para este procedimiento es la Alameda de Hércules, Sevilla. A partir de una introducción inicial histórica y social, comprenderemos las bases y la evolución a la que ha sido sometida el espacio, el cual, junto a un posterior análisis y contraste normativo de los distintos elementos urbanísticos que influyen al entorno, obtendremos un diagnóstico final. A parte de contemplar las deficiencias normativas también se menciona las incongruencias en cuanto al desarrollo estético y mantenimiento. Se busca el cumplimiento normativo y la armonización del espacio mediante una propuesta de actuación, la cual integra soluciones y mejoras en los puntos contemplados en el análisis. Las actuaciones buscan a parte de recuperar el entorno, una aplicación de soluciones y elementos que faciliten su conservación y supongan un avance social y técnico.This document carries out the study and analysis of an urban public space in order to detect existing deficiencies and needs. In this case, the space selected for this project is Alameda de Hércules, Seville. Going through an historical and social introduction, we will understand the bases and the evolution to which the space has been carried, which, together with a subsequent analysis and normative contrast of the different urban elements that influence the urban space, we will obtain a diagnosis. Apart from contemplating the deficiencies, the inconsistencies regarding aesthetic development and maintenance are also mentioned. Regulatory compliance and harmonization of the space are sought through a proposal for action, which integrates solutions and improvements in the points contemplated in the analysis.
