El presente proyecto tiene como objetivo estudiar la viabilidad de implantación y la localización idónea de un edificio industrial para un uso de una gran superficie comercial, diseñar y proyectar este edificio industrial realizando el diseño, el cálculo, los planos y la presupuestación de este edificio abarcando el diseño de la estructura como las distintas instalaciones que nos encontramos en un edificio industrial de este tipo, estas son la instalación eléctrica, contra incendios, ventilación y climatización, iluminación, saneamiento, fontanería y se proyecta además un centro de transformación de abonado. Para el completo desarrollo del proyecto se utilizan distintos programas usados diariamente por profesionales para el completo desarrollo de este tipo de proyectos, estos programas serían el CYPE, DIALUX y AutoCAD, también para el estudio de la localización idónea se utiliza el programa QGIS.Nowadays, with the economy in constant growth, many types of projects and tenders are being carried out, and industrial engineers are eligible to carry out this type of work as they have the professional attributions to do so. The aim of this project is to study the feasibility of implementing and the ideal location of an industrial building for a large commercial area, to design and plan this industrial building, carrying out the design, calculation, plans and budgeting of this building, covering the design of the structure and the different installations that we find in an industrial building of this type, these are the electrical installation, fire protection, ventilation and air conditioning, lighting, sanitation, plumbing and a subscriber transformation centre is also planned.
