Caracterización constructiva de edificaciones vernáculas de carácter doméstico en Valverde de Burguillos: catalogación, análisis, recomendaciones de mantenimiento y reparaciones en muros de tierra cruda y mampostería

Abstract

La identificación, representación y caracterización de la arquitectura es algo primordial en la construcción identitaria de un pueblo, impregnando en ésta su cultura, conocimientos y esfuerzos. Las construcciones vernáculas constituyen un elemento de gran, singularidad donde los sistemas constructivos contienen en sus materiales y distribuciones,. parte del modelo de hábitat de nuestros antepasados. Dentro de estos sistemas constructivos hay uno que destaca si hablamos de esta arquitectura, la construcción en tierra Más concretamente en nuestro caso el tapial, con un potencial evidente en términos de sostenibilidad, aprovechamiento del material, confort interior de los espacios que nos invita a replantearnos los sistemas vernáculos como potencial futuro en la edificación respecto a otros más “actuales” que asumimos más eficientes y tecnológicos. Para la investigación sobre el tapial se ha elegido en Valverde de Burguillos, en Badajoz, treinta edificaciones a las cuales se les caracterizará la fachada de manera tipológica, constructiva, energética y a nivel de lesiones, para conseguir un estudio detallado a posteriores con estadística sobre el estado de la edificación en tierra cruda en Valverde que arroje luz sobre el estado, funcionamiento, y estado de las lesiones. Del estudio de la vivienda se ha podido aportar conocimiento sobre el funcionamiento del tapial, y aportar herramientas para su reparación y manteamiento de una manera coherente con el sistema constructivo.

The identification, representation and characterization of architecture is fundamental in the identity construction of a people, permeating their culture, knowledge and efforts. The vernacular constructions constitute an element of such singularity where the constructive systems contain in their materials and dispositions part of the habitat model of our ancestors. Within these building systems there is one that stands out if we talk about this architecture, the construction on land more specifically in our case the tapial, with an obvious potential in terms such as sustainability, use of material, interior comfort of the spaces that invites us to rethink if the vernacular systems as a future potential in the construction with respect to more "current" ones that we assume more efficient and technological. For the investigation on the tapial has been chosen in Valverde de Burguillos, in Badajoz, thirty buildings to which the façade will be characterized in a typological, constructive, energetic and at the level of injuries, to get a detailed study to later with statistics on the state of the building on raw land in Valverde that sheds light on the state, functioning, and state of the injuries. The study of housing has been able to provide knowledge on the operation of the wall, and provide tools for repair and maintenance in a manner consistent with the construction system.
