Con el fin de lograr una mayor efectividad, en los últimos años ha aumentado la presencia de aspectos emocionales en las estrategias comunicativas en publicidad. Dado este contexto, el presente artículo tiene como objetivo describir la coexistencia del aspecto informativo y del aspecto emocional en la formulación de la parte verbal de anuncios gráficos en prensa escrita alemana. Puesto que «persuadir» se ha entendido como función principal de la macroilocución «vender», ambos conceptos se han integrado en un sentido complementario más que contrapuesto. Para ello, se ha seleccionado un corpus textual de anuncios con un desarrollo temático argumentativo, considerado como prototípico por presentar la organización de la información con la finalidad de que el destinatario adquiera el producto. A continuación se ha realizado un análisis cualitativo donde se ha tenido en cuenta por un lado la vertiente escenificada del aspecto informativo, manifestado básicamente en la enumeración de las características de un producto o servicio y en el uso de tecnicismos. Por otro lado, dentro del aspecto emocional se han considerado tanto la función expresiva, como los recurso lingüísticos que remiten a valoraciones subjetivas y a asociaciones o evocaciones que reactivan experiencias vivenciales en el destinatario. Por último, los resultados han corroborado la presencia de una estrategia persuasiva que no renuncia a elementos objetivos, además de poner de relieve la parte verbal del texto como portadora de aspectos evocativos y connotativos. Im Hinblick auf eine effektivere Wirkung schliessen kommunikative Strategien in der Werbung immer mehr emotionale Aspekte ein. Vor diesem Hintergrund hat sich die vorliegende Arbeit das Ziel gesetzt, die Koexistenz der informativen bzw. emotionalen Dimension in der Formulierungsweise der Verbalsprache in deutscher Print-Werbung darzustellen. Da „Persuasion“ alsvorherrschendeFunktion der Makroillokution „verkaufen“ angesehen wird, sind Konzepte wie rationale/emotionale Argumentation auch eher in einem sich ergänzenden als sich widersprechenden Sinne betrachtet worden. Zu diesem Zweckistein Korpus mit Werbetexten miteiner thematischen Entfaltung Argumentation ausgewählt worden, wo die Disposition der Information mit dem Ziel eingesetzt wird, den Hörer zum Kauf bzw. Erwerb des Produkteszu bringen. Daraufhin isteine qualitative Analysemethode durchgeführt worden, wobei aufeiner Seite dieInformation, die sich im Grunde in der fachlichen Information und in der Aufzählung der Charakteristika des Produktes oder der Dienstleistung äußert, als inszeniert betrachtet wird. Auf einer anderen Seite stützt sich die emotionale Argumentation auf Strategien wie das Appellieren an Gefühle und Empfindungen, die Subjektivität und Lebenserfahrungen sowie auf expressive Sprechakte. Abschließend haben die Ergebnisse zu bestätigen gelassen, dass die Persuasionsstrategien auf objektive/überzeugende Elemente nicht verzichten. Zudem ist es hervorzuheben, dass die Verbalsprache eine große Rolle als Träger von Evokation und Konnotation spielt. |
