Abstract | Objetivo: Revisar la literatura existente de los últimos quince años para establecer de manera comparativa el estrés generado en estructuras protésicas atornilladas sobre implantes, en función de las técnica de confección. ... Objetivo: Revisar la literatura existente de los últimos quince años para establecer de manera comparativa el estrés generado en estructuras protésicas atornilladas sobre implantes, en función de las técnica de confección. Metodología de la búsqueda y material: Se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica en la base de datos PubMed de acuerdo a las palabras clave seleccionadas, en función de los términos MSH y de acuerdo a unos criterios de selección. Dichos artículos fueron analizados para establecer los resultados de este estudio. Estrategia de búsqueda: stress AND "dental implant prosthesis" AND ("cast technique" OR "lost wax technique" OR "conventional casting" OR ("CAD/CAM" OR ("computer aided design" AND "computer aided manufacturing")) OR "milled" OR "sintering”. Resultados: Un total de 92 artículos fueron encontrados de acuerdo a la estrategia de búsqueda, aplicando los criterios de inclusión y exclusión, fueron seleccionados 16 artículos que cumplían los objetivos del estudio. Conclusión: El método que mejor ajuste pasivo proporciona a la estructura atornillada sobre varios implantes es el fresado, seguido del sinterizado y por último el colado. Aún así, todos muestran un ajuste pasivo clínicamente aceptable. |
