Abstract

En el tránsito de los siglos XVIII al XIX, cuando se da forma a la distinción de las esferas pública y privada. La separación entre ambas, especialmente en el plano de las costumbres, permite construir una ética de lo privado que intenta abandonar los usos del Antiguo Régimen. La utopía liberal propone un ámbito privado en el que las mujeres se ofrecen a la custodia y el cuidado de las personas con las que conviven. La abriegación como valor supremo infunde al sujeto femenino una cualidad única en la historia, que constituye la base de una organización burguesa armoniosa y, técnicamente, igualitaria. La esencia de la sociedad propuesta es la negación del conflicto y en consecuencia la propensión al orden y la estbilidad.

It is in the transit of centuires XVIII to the XIX when occurs the distinction of the private and public spheres. The difference between both, specially about the rules and customs, allows to construct an ethics of the private thing that tries to forget the uses of Anthien Régime. The liberal utopia proposes a deprived scope in which women offer themselves to the safekeeping and the care of the people with whom the y coexist. The self-denial as supreme value gives to the feminine subjet a unique quality in the history that constitutes the base on which to build a harmonious and technically egalitarian bourgeois organization. The essence of the two proposed spheres is the negation of the conflict and consequently: the birth of an ordered and quiet society.
