Implantación y beneficios del sistema comunicativo aumentativo/alternativo (PECS), en el alumnado con trastorno del espectro autista

Abstract

El proyecto en el que nos adentramos trata de la implantación del sistema de comunicación aumentativo/alternativo (PECS), para el alcance de un desarrollo del lenguaje funcional en niños/as con Trastorno espectro autista para una adecuada comunicación con el entorno social. Este estudio se ha realizado con la ayuda del alumnado con necesidades educativas especiales, concretamente al alumnado diagnosticado con Trastorno Espectro Autista del centro educativo Juan Rodríguez Berrocal, situado en Camas (Sevilla), a los cuales se les administró el sistema aumentativo (PECS), para potenciar y trabajar la competencia lingüística en las personas con TEA. Por un lado se ha reflejado la fundamentación teórica sobre el tema tratado, y por otro lado, la propuesta de intervención con sus respectivos apartados correspondientes. Por último, se muestra la evaluación y conclusión del tema que se ha trabajado con el contenido más importante tras haber realizado la propuesta de intervención.

The project in which we enter is about the establishment of an augmentative/ alternative system (PECS), to the achieve of a funtional language development on children with Autism Spectrum Disorder for a suitable communication with the social enviroment. This study has been made with the help of the students body with special education needs, specifically the students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder at the educational center Juan Rodríguez Berrocal, located in Camas (Seville), to which the augmentative system (PECS) was administered to improve and work the linguistic competence on people with ASD. On the one hand, the theoretical grounds about the subject dealt with have been refelcted, and on the other hand, the intervention proposal with its respective corresponding sections. Lastly, are shown the evaluation and conclusión of the topic that has been worked with the most important content after having made the intervention proposal.
