Abstract | Se ha realizado un estudio uni y multivariante de la supervivencia de 180 pacientes, con estadios ii-iii, tratadas con radioterapia entre 1.984 y 1.993, incluyendo 37 pacientes tratadas con hiperfraccionamiento (h.F). De ... Se ha realizado un estudio uni y multivariante de la supervivencia de 180 pacientes, con estadios ii-iii, tratadas con radioterapia entre 1.984 y 1.993, incluyendo 37 pacientes tratadas con hiperfraccionamiento (h.F). De 180 pacientes tratadas, 130 (72,1% recibieron radioterapia (rt) y braquiterapia (bt), 43 (23,8%) rt. El fraccionamiento fue de 2 gy/dia, empleandose en el grupo hf 2 fracciones/dia de 115 cgy. El estudio univariante global dio como significativo (p menor de 0,05 o casi significativo p. Menor de 0,1) a la edad, hemoglobina, enf. Bulky, estadio figo, respuesta a la rt y al tratamiento. Al igual que la literatura, el analisis multivariante confirmo la significacion del estadio figo, enfermedad bulky, y respuestas a rt y tratamiento. Dentro del grupo hf, la duracion de tratamiento fue significativa (p. Menor de 0,05). En el estudio uni y multivariante. No se objetivaron diferencias significativas de supervivencia entre ambos fraccionamientos siendo necesario ensayos con dosis mayores en brazo con hf. |
