In this communication, the synthesis of nanoparticles on anionic
exchange polymers by the Intermatrix Synthesis method is
reported. Monometallic (Ag) and core–shell metal/metal oxide
(Ag@Fe3O4) nanocomposites were synthesized and characterized.
Their magnetic and bactericidal activities were evaluated.
