2. Abstract:


Los datos hacen referencia a las ocho emociones básicas: ANGER (Anger), CONTEMPT (Disappointment), DISGUST (Aversion), FEAR (Fear), HAPPINESS (Happiness), NEUTRAL (Neutral), SADNESS (Sadness), and SURPRISE (Surprise)). 
Las emociones fueron recogidas con la app emotionalyser para los visitantes de un lugar declarado Patrimonio de la Humanidad por la UNESCO, durante el año 2018.
 También recopila información sobre la satisfacción de los visitantes a través de una encuesta.
 A partir de los datos se corrobora la influencia que ejercen las emociones sobre la satisfacción de los visitantes.
