Rehabilitación optimizada de una vivienda unifamiliar

Abstract

En el presente proyecto se ha realizado una rehabilitación optimizada de una vivienda unifamiliar existente. En primer lugar, el edificio existente se ha modelado en el software Herramienta Unificada LIDER-CALENER (HULC) y, posteriormente se han detallado posiblessoluciones que reducen la demanda y el consumo energético del edificio en mayor o menor medida; todas dentro de las exigencias del reglamento vigente de la edificación. Dichas soluciones se centran en mejorar la envolvente, los equipos de climatización e incluir aportación renovable tanto en ACS como en producción de energía eléctrica. Finalmente, se ha elegido la solución óptima, es decir, el conjunto de mejoras que, cumpliendo la normativa, suponga un coste de ciclo de vida menor.

In the following project an optimized rehabilitation of a single-family home has been carried out. At first, the building has been modelled with LIDER-CALENER Unified Tool (HULC) software. Then, possible solutions that reduce the demand and energy consumption of the building have been detailed, all of them comply with the requirements of the current building regulations. These solutions focus on improving the enveloping, the air conditioning equipment and on including renewable contribution in both ACS and electric power production. Finally, the set of improvements that, in compliance with the regulations, represents a lower life cycle cost, has been chosen as the optimal solution.
